There will be NO compensation NOW or EVER. Are we clear on that?

If I nuke you I meant to. There will be no hissy fits, it will just be more of what you came for. If it is war you want, you know it is a war you will get.

CIS members (including Drew who apparently left CIS) who don't clarify their position of non hostile intent by joining a neutral fed, either the two I have set up, or SNA or CFS or some other non hostile federation; WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER ACTION SHOULD STUARTS DECS ON MY COUNTRIES NOT EXPIRE.

DO NOT CRY there will be NO compensation switch your federation OR appeal to STUART to get off the HIGH HORSE and let the decs EXPIRE. DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED OR CLAIM INNOCENCE.

This is between me, you and Josias Wendy. Can't you keep it that way, or are you scared of the bigger players? Not once have you ever fired a shot on me. Whats wrong? Yellow are you? You must be. And just to make it 100% clear - ANYONE joining any fed set up by Wendy will get the same treatment.

Anyway, as you may have noticed, I have decided to make the decs expire my way Wendy. Now, by the end of tonight - all of your countries will have been defeated. You can keep them though - I don't want the debt. So far, I have taken every country but one - now i'm bored so I or Josias will finish off later on.

Now - once this is over, just lets leave it be. OK?

Sorry Wendy, but your refusal to comply with my more than resonable requests resulted in this course of action and after tonight, I hope that we can just leave things be and work towards peace.

I will not issue ANY more decs against you and my forces will withdraw from the Lacerta region.

In return, I ask that;

You do not dec on any innocent presidents again and that you stop trying to bait me into war.

If we both keep to this, I think that we can move forward and have a peaceful relationship.

Wendy - im leaving your shores and will not be returning unless decd on. I am no longer CIS, nor are any of my fed mates. We are VS now, and I just want an end to this crap you have with me.

So - any dec on me or ANY VS fedmate, and I will be asking for a full response now. You will not be decd on by us, but we will return any that you send us.

Also, i'm no longer the defender of CIS so do what you want, I will simply ask for the support of my fedmates now. As I said, CIS no longer exist. I'm now just a branch leader in Valde. So lets leave it, OK?

No Wendy. That was my last action as a CIS member which really shouldn't have happenend but you forced my hand. As of now - I will follow orders of my superiors, LG, Dub and KH. I will not be a sole protector any longer.
