In the modern Little Upsilon, one must be prepared to defend oneself and be able to make profit from a highly competitive market. I would like to offer the chance to do so to anyone who is interested.

The Independent Empire is a political experiment in benevolent democracy. I, myself, will be taking on the role of leader of the organization and mentor to any new players. While any prospective members will not be joining a well-established group or a democratic organization, I can guarantee several advantages through following my leadership.

First, I propose to follow markedly non-aggressive and isolationist foreign policies. By insulating the Independent Empire and all who join from the massive drama and ego-stroking required to attempt influencing or dominating others, our time and energy can be well spent on profiting and developing adequate defense and reduce the potential for foreign intervention or invasion. Second, I draw from previous experience in games like Simcountry to ensure well-thought, well-calculated, and patient responses to any diplomatic intrigue which may ensue. Third, as a new federation there is plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Of course, you may be skeptical... a dictatorship? you may say. However, there can be no match to the decisiveness or tenacity of a well-organized dictatorship. There is choice in this dictatorship though, members may leave with no recourse if they find themselves unable or unwilling to follow my leadership. So what is stopping you from joining the Independent Empire, bastion of isolationism, today?

Please direct all queries to "Indutrial Valkyrie".

I think you mixed up your posts. In paragraph 2 you say you want an "experiment in benevolent democracy" and then argue in favor of dictatorship.

The best "non-aggressive and isolationist" strategy is to turn off your computer and doodle in a notebook. No one from Simcountry will ever be able to attack you.
