Vendetta needs more hlw, dpc looks good will be moving more as i can there since chaos empire set taxes back up to 75% on me again

btw shaun, if countries are in high debt and losing money, taxes automatically rise. not sure if everyone knows that sometimes it isn't intentional.

that was definately the problem then im sure hes running a lot of red atm.
