Have any other CEO's received messages from this nation's King. He seems to think that a CEO's salary index is why so many corps have poor employment numbers in his nation. I think it is because of this:

LLW unemployed #: 525,556
LLW needed @ 100%: 833,324

MLW unemployed #: 291,503
MLW needed @ 100%: 764,817

HLW unemployed: 68,297
HLW needed @ 100%: 867,747

The list continues. You are 250,000 LLM short. You are 150,000 MLM short. You are 100,000 HLM short. You are short exec's and seniors. Your shortage on HTE is nearly 650,000.

This is not a salary issue. Sorry to blast it out on the forums, but getting the same message to both CEO's about how you plan to take charge if I don't fix things.... I think it is your (mis) management causing the problems right now.

No harm no foul!

Yep, a noobie here. I've been grateful to everyone who has had positive advice to offer - which has been the majority. I know it can be rather irritating dealing with new players, but without new players the game would eventually die.

I was just looking for guidance and counsel and for the most part I received it along with a load of information that I did not know - or realize what it was.

So, for all those who have offered their support - THANKS! And for those who only have complaints and no information for a solution, sorry to have bothered ya - I know who to turn to (and who not to).

Thanks Zen for the information you shared with me in the game - you really cleared up some confusion I had. Hopefully with the addition of the population things will become more profitable for all.

You're on the right track by attracting CEO's to make money. Once you fix the employment issue, you should lower your taxes to get more CEO's.
You might want to consider a Fed also. My Fed, SNA, takes new players in a teaches them the in's and out's of the game. So do many of the other Feds.
