To clarify: I am assuming youre not just giving away large amounts of population. What kind of renumeration are you requesting? GC? If so, shouldnt this be going in the trade board?

hate to out do someone but i have 10 million LLW unemployed in one country. PLEASE HELP, my health,education and transportation bugdets combind are less than my social securaty payments. i will apcept most crazy trades, just look at my country to make sure i don't already have millions of them.

you should win a prize for that, most usless people in one country.

max what he wants is unfavorable worker exchanges. you can trade 20% over under value. so for instance u take 200k worthless llw in a trade and in return give him 80% that value worth of usable units like managers or hightech people he can use to make more corporations with. i used to have a really good worker mix and so i took on a few million llw in the day for a price of a much smaller amount of high tech engineers and that helped increase my population a lot for small countries.
