I have high unemployment and the corporation tax is set to reach 10% from its current 45% level. I'm sure we can both profit from this, I've got around 400 thousand unemployed low level workers with similar numbers for the other workers. I'm thinking about lowering the tax rate to 9% if more companies are created.

I only build in tax free countries.

Drop it to zero tax with a pledge to keep it there and I'll build the maximum number of corps in your country (6).

LU is a competitive world with many countries competing for CEO investment.

10% tax just doesn't do it for me...

And if you do drop it to zero, make a point of mentioning the name of your country. It's difficult to build without it...

I'll drop it to zero. The name is The 3rd Norby Empire.

I also pledge to keep it there at zero. I just need to get people off social security and working.

You don't have HLM or HTS. We can't build yet. I will send your way once I am able to.

Well I have a problem, my corporations are going down in production and hiring. The corps value is going down and my expenses are starting to outweigh the income. How do I better my situation or is a 4 billion dollar profit good?

I had to many contracts between myself and my corps and my corps weren't really making a profit and I wasn't using much of what I bought. Why would I need silver? So I canceled most of the contracts and will let my corps compete in the world market. And I got out of the common market I was in. Maybe now I'll make more money.

I would let your corps sell everything on the open market. Sounds like you are the right track.

What good is my common market score? It's not as good as the real E.U

Unless you are looking at placing on that month, I would not worry about your score. :)
