In Xanadu, you don't have any HLW, HLM, Executives, HTE, or HTS.
In La Villa Strangiato, you have a HUGE undersupply of HTE and HTExecs. Even if you fixed those, your levels of LLM, MLM, and HLM might allow 1 corporation.
In Permanent Waves, you don't have any LLM, HLW, or HLM. Even if these remedies were fixed, you'd only have room for maybe 2 more corps based on the other worker levels.
Your high unemployment levels are due to your HUGE number of LLWs. Unfortunately, that's not something with which we can build. Unfortunately, when your worker levels are skewed like this, you can't fix the problem by buying more population, because you get new population in the same proportion of your current population. It's key to remedy the situation first before growing your population further. You can probably decrease these numbers by increasing your education levels. However, it won't be an overnight fix. Another possible fix would be to conquer a C3 with few private corps, close down their state corps, and exchange LLW's for their other worker types. Hope this will help you out. |
