Thats good to know that we can get help. I have one question though. It was kind of hard to get used to get by without my beginners income booster. Why do we have it in the first place?

Why do you have what? the booster? it's a gift and a way to help new players build up their countries. Sadly, well thought out instructions on how NOT to ruin your economy are not included.

Any new players needing some spare cash? Got $600+ Trillion sitting around wasting away...

Maybe a title like "$$$$ FREE CASH fer NUBZ $$$$" might get more hits. "security council aid request VIII" sounds like a boring committee asking for players to donate to the same thing for the eighth time. Bankrupt players do not have any aid to send.

Perhaps but it's worked quite well in the past sheep. Players, bankrupt or not, don't pay aid to new players as the money comes from the council. Perhaps I'll recreate this thread at a later date with a 'flashier' title.

Well I was geting the hang of fighting a C3 with the war system and was going to ask for money. I am not going to buy anymore weapons soon. Could I get some aid for my main country so that I can increase its industrial might?

If you failed to take a CCC no one will be worried even if you do buy weapons.

I think the biggest difference is that non-paying members can't see the forums. I couldn't get to them without logging in. Once someone is buying gc he/she will probably nuke the debt.

True non paying members can't see the forums but I'm kinda suprised that I've had NO requests whatsoever. In the past, they came by the buttload and it was difficult at times to keep up. Makes me wonder just how many new players we get on LU in a given week.

My main is The 3rd Norby Empire. I also beat the C3, but if it's free money than hey I want some to get better.

It might also be anti-multi activity from the GM.

They might also try to route new players to the other planets.

No reason to think either is happening. Both are possible.

You might consider pumping out aid to the top 100 players. The in game message calling for votes would work as advertising for the thread.

Use a more convincing message to get people to vote yes. Most people just see that the aid is given to seemingly okay faring players. Maybe saying that the money is really not going anywhere.

I haven't seen the aid go to well off players yet.

The country, Universe, was just hit by a large earthquake, so may I request some aids from Security Council to help those in need in this country?

I'll put forth an aid request for you Universe once I'm able to. I have to wait till the one I just proposed gets voted on. If another SC member would be kind enough to put forth this aid request, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Universe has requested aid but still has secrecy on both the strategic and financial indexes in place.

Sorry, I thought you forgot so I just hid them 2 days ago. I remove the secrecy now.

I think we should try to do aid in larger denominations.

The current vote for 2T is going to a country with over 30T in debt. 44T if you include his slave. We could cut debt in half or raise players debt to -10T. 5T should be a minimum IMO.

I would like some money, any help is greatly appreciated.

5T I believe is the maximum amount...not sure as I've never done one for more than that. I've always set my offers at 5T and I recall being told it couldn't go higher than that.

@ Adrian Perez - You're running a nuke program so you should be more than capable of paying for it without SC aid.

@ Xenius - I tried to put forth a resolution for aid for Universe but because you actually have $2T and are making money, I can't. I get a message stating You cannot give Development Aid to a country if the Net Cash exceeds 2 Trillion $E.

I exchanged gold coins for some game money so I might not need the aid now. Thank you.

To sum up my current situation

My friend(Who i brought in to help me take 2 C3's and no more than that) is owning me. After he built a moderately sized navy i RACED to catch up with him military wise and built thousands and thousands of artillery/heavy tanks/navy fighters/helicoptors.

After he lost his first war against a C3 he rebuilt his economy in less than 10 hours and is now much more powerful than me. I won my war but was unable to produce the desired result of strengthening my economy to a high level thus being able to reach level 2 quickly.

After destroying the army i find im still short of workers,so i nationalized corporations and increased taxes and then spent a couple billion to strengthen the weak education system.

I ask for an aid package of no less than 3 trillion to further strengthen my education system and so i can import workers.

How do you bring workers in actually?
