The South Dade Region and Lacerta in General (Little Upsilon)

Hello fine Presidents.

As you all may know, despite the most sincere efforts to reach out to unwilling parties of peace, the war against economic terrorism continues.

I had allowed a period to pass where hostilities between myself and BC haulted in order to attempt a reconciliation. Peace offers were ignored. Diplomatic channels were used and exhausted. I cannot say that I didn't put forth an effort.

Whatever the crazy reason behind this defiance, I am forced to regretfully inform you that hostilities must commence again. The enemy has now commited war crimes, using human shields.

BC has placed his bunions amongst otherwise peace loving sim citizens in order to draw disdain from the community and break public opinion as to how this war is fought.

I present two options for presidents that may or may not become affected by this war.

1st. You could allow my conventional forces access to your countr

Isn't it odd that South Dade is in the very north of Lacerta?

That is my contribution to this thread. I hope it adequately expresses all of my concerns about this conflict.

For the record IKI's a good chick and a real life friend. she has done a lot for you Wendy. I know when your mad it kinda hard to see it like that. hell Wendy I got 99 kinds of bent over bc's dec's on the gov. but its just a game 0000's and 1111's on a dutch server. Lets all try and remember that.

np Jason, if she wouldn't abuse her powers, fine, I could hold it down no matter what she says, but I'd rather her keep it real. I could at least respect that. 1. you've been to irc for the past week or so and youve gotten along with everyone just fine.

After consulting Wendy, she assures me that Pathetic Sheep?, is in the clear. What a name.

Also, She would like to congradulate BC on his victory. She also asks me to state, had she been present for todays battle, it would not have been so easy. I was scolded heavily for her loss. She promises BC a proper rematch upon her arrival.

Forgive me if I am a bit rusty, I am sure I will have my work cut out for me. BC seems a worthy opponent. She said something about being asleep at the wheel? Whatever that could mean. I am sure someone here knows that to which she is referring to.

Of course it was a country named in honor of his help given to me in the game. My husband, attempted with the help of my children to defend it. Inadequately. I'm here now BC. Shall we bring out your main to play? Or shall we wait?

No Doubt when it drops protection it will be mine again. But we'll have to see how long he protects it.

Not to take away from his win. I particualrly love how BC recieved countries from people who either derreged to open up slots or some other means. Besides, everyone understands that one cannot predict the behavior of schizophrenic, unstable people; however, I just hope you get the help that you need.

As you know, I have no intention of keeping that country or unsecuring my main. Every country I take will be stripped. You'll be fighting C3s or living in WP. I'm perfectly fine with either. You bringing the war on others only encourages me to keep our war going.

Also, my apologies to Aqua Rainbow. I didn't realize that one CEO owned 80% of the corps in that country.
