We have been at war off and on with "Straight Jacket." This recent round of fighting was initiated by SJ dec'ing on me with 12 countries. It appears to be under control. Generally speaking though, EBK (our fed) has been at war with SJ and Orbiter for about 2 months. We have gotten lazy and started throwing nukes around, so let us know if you are receiving fallout and we will do our best to compensate you.
