I have a around 22% unemployment and am going to get more population in the coming weeks. I would like people to invest in my country. The tax rate has been at 0 for a long time. I have lowered salaries in my state corps to help your corps run at better capacity with little competition by me. I'm planning on lowering the state corps down to $700 SC. |

Emperor Norberto, you should adjust your education priorities for more Med LVL Managers and engineers. Even though you have high worker unemployment, you don't have the advance staff to start new corps with. Make sure your educational priorities total 120. And try to get your educational index above 120. |
