Or is it better for an enterprise to own my state corporations ?

Private corporations have to pay you for country resources used.

There no real reason to make corps national corps unless they are weapons companies that you intend to contract fully to yourself.

Everything else, you should probably actually encourage people to bid on your remaining state corps.

Its really not cool for anyone to bid on your corps without you advertising them as for sale. Many times doing this would result in the bidder getting a severe beating. And 6 corps at once...extremely bad form. I would suspect a new player, message him/her to tell him/her he/she has no manners.

BUT, it probably is in your best interests in the long run as they will be paying you well over the actual worth of the corps, so you can use the money to set up new corps or improve your infrastructure, and generally private corps (which is what they will become if the bid is successful) pay your country more money than state corps.

Good luck with that.
