Hello Presidents of LU.

I've just come back from a 6 month break and due to me not deactivating my army in my country on LU, I've screwed up my workforce and education. I did'nt need many quality workers so I bought 1 mil pop. I recieved 99% LLW and MLW (is that because my education is screwed up?).
I bought another mil. Same, so I bought another mil (all from players not GM). Same again. Just LLW and MLW. So if anyone would like to help me out with some swaps I will be mighty grateful.
I'm at Mother Nature Cryz on LU.

Thanks.

I think it is that your education is screwed.

I read some where on the forum more than once that when you buy pop, the ratio of new workers is divided to reflect actual percentages of workers already in your country. So I think its likely that over time, as your education declined, your educated pop died off and were replaced with idiots. This has happened to me several times, and it is possible to get everything back in order, but it will be a challenging task. Also, I'd advise doing one large country at a time. Take a few c3s, take all the education out of them, keep transferring all you can. Get a decent country index to produce enough professionals to transfer to your meaningful slaves. And try to keep your new corps low tech, that way you can focus on health and education indexes for now.

And look at the bright side, there are many agriculture, food, and recreation to put those umemployed idiots to work asap. And hey, they may break even, but they won't be suckin up all the social security.

Hope it helps.

Thanks Inanna. That explains the useless pop exchanges.

Also a big thanks to those who have swapped with me. You help will not be forgotten.

I don't know if it still true, but when you used to buy pop, it came to you in the same percentages as your unemployed labor.

In the pop that I have recently bought this still seems to be true.
