Need common market. rar. just started up here. where to go? (Little Upsilon)

After 5 months of not playing a dinky country i bought on LU....i decided to play said dinky country. ergo, iki is in great need of common market. i'm not near any big feds and don't plan on expanding (mayhaps a ceo in far future) any time soon, so fed not really needed (i'm hermit mostly)

so if anyone feels generous, kind, loving, giving, and generally awesome, please accept ikis country into their nice beeg cm.
