If you are a country's leader and you want to sell some of your state controlled corps, then please leave your country's name in this forum and I will purchase them as I can.

For new players, believe it or not, it is most financially advantageous for you to have CEO controlled (private) corps then it is to have state controlled. Take a look at your monthly financial statement, and you will see that revenues received from private corps to be greater than any taxes received (assuming that you have an equal number of each).

And just as oddly, why in Hades would you want to hold on to your state owned corps. You can not profit share or tax them high enough to get the same amount of states revenue that a Private corp will give you.
