Goto SimCountry Portal - on your left bar - and on this screen at the top is Direct Trading. Scroll down to Game Money and Coins then on side Create Gold Coin Offers

On this new screen it asks how many coins youre selling and your desired price.

In this instance put 1 coins at a value of 600.00B - if 2 coins for 2 corps increase to 1200.00B etc - then CONFIRM

Now your screen should show your request with 600B average price under pay per coin

Your request is on the market.
