I applaud your efforts to get people to buy shares of your state corporations to create more Country Controlled Public Corporations. However, you seem to have picked a poor industry with which to do it.

Nuclear weapons cost more to produce than they generate when selling them, causing the companies to lose money without frequent cash injections. Given this, you're effectively asking us to subsidize your nuclear program. However, given that you can't inject cash into a public corporation, it won't be an issue because the corps will self-close within a few game years.

Nuke corporations can make a profit, particularly if they are properly run and state-controlled.
