Or...you could just bid on the corp? Or...and because I know you are patient enough to do it, couldn't you just keep building more and more cocoa corps to lower the price so that his corp eventually closes? I mean, it's not as if any profit is being made to begin with...can't be too much time to get that corp to close.

Or try whiteboy's idea. Absolutely flood the market with cocoa. Just to make sure, bribe, cajole and threaten everyone you know to stop lending money and start borrowing money, to dry up credit so he can't prop up his cocoa corp when business goes south. You could also drive up the price of cocoa corp supplies to further speed up the process.
