CEO looking for countries to move into (Little Upsilon)

Over the past month, my CEO has expanded from 50 corps to 350 corps. Because I have not it the "40 some day" rule, I have to build in C3's and take their 30% tax and terrible workers. I want to move them over to your countries!
If you have workers, post your countries here and I will begin the moving process. You needn't be fully available. I know it fluctuates.
0 tax to the front of the line! I will consider a well-educated workforce with a slightly higher tax if I need to.
