One of a councilman's duties is to begin the votes which grant development aid. Although we start the votes, it is those who need it that should take the initiative to ask for it.

As such, if you qualify and wish to receive development aid from the Security Council, please post your application here.

Bear these things in mind:

Requirements:
- Country must own less than 2T in assets.

Application:
- Country name;
- How much to receive (1 to 5T);
- Reason (new, in debt, etc.)
- Optional: how you will spend it.
- Etc.

Country name: Ironhorse
How much to receive: Max
Reason: 32T debt
Optional: Destroying you all.

I've only just had a chance to look at your empire. I'm going to have to pass on this minor squabble. You're a much less significant a player than I have time for.
