Monday, August 9, 2010 - 06:22 am  I have called you together to give you a picture of the political situation, in order that you may have some insight into the individual factors on which I have based my decision to act and in order to strengthen your confidence. It was clear to me that a conflict with Hostiles had to come sooner or later. I had already made this decision in the spring, but I thought that I would first move into the Hall of Fame, and only after that to move against the Hostiles. But the sequence of these things cannot be fixed. Nor should one close one's eyes to threatening situations. Essentially all depends on me, on my existence; there will probably never again in the future be a Leader with more determination than I have. My existence is therefore a factor of great value. But I can be eliminated at any time. The other side presents a negative picture as far as authoritative persons are concerned. There is no outstanding personality among the hostiles. It is easy for us to make decisions. We have nothing to lose; we have everything to gain. We have no other choice, we must act. Our opponents will be risking a great deal and can gain only a little. Our enemies have leaders who are below the average. No personalities. No masters, no men of action, only Junior Leaders masterfully animated by their puppet master. Besides the personal factors, the political situation is favorable for us:The Hostiles have not emerged stronger from the last war off world. Further factors in our favor are these: The hostiles are infected with the fatal germ of decay because of their internal situation; corrupted above all other things, ruled by petty minds, unsteady, double tongued weak men. All these favorable circumstances will no longer prevail in two or three year's time. No one knows how much longer I shall play. Therefore, better a conflict now. The relationship with the hostiles has become unbearable. My policy concerning them was contrary to the views of the people, until now. Many who were against our effort in the past have changed their tone towards us. A permanent state of tension is intolerable. The power of initiative cannot be allowed to pass to others. The present moment is more favorable than in an any amount of undefined time. It is necessary to test the military machine. If at all possible, not in a general reckoning, but by the accomplishment of individual tasks. One cannot for ever face one another with rifles cocked. One compromise solution suggested to us was that we should change our convictions and make gestures. They talked to us again in the language of fake peace treaties as worthless as the web pages they are drawn up on. There was a danger of losing prestige, and dignity, and honor. Now there still is a great probability that the community will not intervene. Therefore The Inanni People must take the risk with ruthless determination. The politician must take a risk just as much as the general. We are faced with the harsh alternatives of striking or of certain annihilation sooner or later. Now it is also a great risk. Iron nerves, iron resolution. The following special reasons confirm my view. One factor in this war of nerves is to boost the increase of armaments. But what are the real facts about rearmament? The naval construction program has not yet been completed. Only the reserve fleet has been mobilized. Little has been done on land. At the moment the Hostiles have a shortage of men and does not want the conflict to break out for two or three real years. We will hold our position in the against the Hostiles until we have conquered through and through. We must bear in mind our great production capacity. It is much greater than in 2007. The enemy had another hope, that the whole community would become our enemy after the conquest of several nations on other planets. The enemy did not reckon with my great strength of purpose. Our enemies are small fry. I saw them in diapers. Personal contacts with a viable resistance are established. The day after tomorrow we will no doubt conclude the treaty. Now the Hostiles are in the position in which I wanted them. They have exhibited and demonstrated their worst and best capabilities. We need not be afraid of a boycott. The resistance will supply us with grain, cattle, coal, lead and zinc. It is a mighty aim, which demands great efforts. I am only afraid that at the last moment some swine or other will yet submit to me a plan for mediation. Negotiating with liars and swindlers is futile. Do not waste my time. The political objective goes further. A start has been made on the destruction of the Hostiles' hegemony. The way will be open for the soldiers after I have made the final political preparations. In accordance with the finalized terms and conditions of contract, I now willfully and graciously commit the resources of the Inanni People to Weapon tests, random and direct. This is not a test.

Just as we can not shut you up, only the GM's can, you can not stop us from doing what we want, only the GM's can. However unlike you, we don't need to blab about how great we are while having nothing to show for it and our true wish is and has always been real competition. You don't represent that and unfortunately at this time, no one outside of FB does. So we will create our own, keep your ears open, announcements are pending. The Mob has shown that we are supreme in the war game and only worthless petty people like you who will talk a big game but won't put your money where your mouth is will challenge us...unless DTA is around...I'll miss them, they had balls. Again, if recovery were only faster on SIM, poor TANG would not be playing other games or bashing real heads in the Bronx. If we could motivate him to play - or send him to Afghanastan, the war rhere would be over already LOL (He had an offer to go there in December as a pay to fight) - but alas, we wait for TANG to send out fleets or our membership to expire. If anyone plays PS3 tell him HORDO says 4get Zombies & collecting $$$ in Queens & lets FIGHT ALREADY.

It is evident that the future of the world is intertwined with its current state and the prevailing trends, which exhibit signs of hope and despair. The Truth will shine the light of faith and ethics on the pirates and prevent them from aggression, coercion and injustice and will guide them towards care and compassion for fellow beings. On the other hand, the prevalence of military domination, increasing debt and poverty, the growing gap between old asset rich countries and poor new found countries, violence as a means to solve crises, spread of terrorism, specially intra world terrorism, existence and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the pervasive lack of honesty in interstate relations, and disregard for the equal rights of peoples and federations in intra world relations constitute some of the challenges and threats. Although these challenges are very real, we believe you are not predestined to experience them. Our common will not only can change this course but in fact can lead us to a game filled with hope and prosperity. How can we influence the future of the world? When and how will peace, tranquility and well-being for all come about? These are the fundamental questions before us. We believe that a sustainable order, nurturing and flourishing peace and tranquility, can only be realized on the two pillars of justice and humanity. The more our Sim society departs from justice and social equality, the greater insecurity it will face, so much so that a relatively small crisis, such as a natural disaster, leads to various abnormalities and inhuman behavior. One only needs to look at the growing number of rejected aid requests on all of the five worlds. Justice recognizes the right of every one to tranquility, peace and a dignified sim life. Justice rejects intimidation and double standards. Today, the worlds are longing for the establishment of such justice. If humanity heeds the call of its primordial nature with firm resolve, justice will emerge. If the prevailing discourse of global relations becomes one of justice and spirituality, then durable peace will be guaranteed. Conversely, if international relations are defined without justice and humanity and void of moral considerations, then the mechanisms for promoting confidence and peace will remain insufficient and ineffective. If some, relying on their superior military and economic might, attempt to expand their rights and privileges, they will be performing a great disservice to the cause of peace and in fact will fuel the arms race and spread insecurity, fear and deception. If global trends continue to serve the interests of small influential groups, even the interests of the citizens of powerful countries will be jeopardized, as was seen in the recent crises on White Giant. Today, my nation calls on other nations and governments to move forward to a durable tranquility and peace based on justice and social equality. All these problems emanate from the fact that justice and social equality are missing in the way powerful governments conduct their affairs with other nations. Pirates and unseen groups that finance and support them are two major threats before the international community. The Inanni People, as one of the main victims of terrorism and economic warfare, fully appreciates the difficulties that lie ahead in the road to combat these menaces. Today, the most serious challenge is that the culprits are arrogating to themselves the role of the prosecutor. Even more dangerous is that certain parties relying on their power and wealth try to impose a climate of 'intimidation' and injustice over the world through bullying, all the while through their huge media resources portray themselves as defenders of freedom, democracy and gamers' rights. Let me be blunter. Intra world terrorism is being committed by those who claim to fight terrorism, establishing economic monopolies and coalitions, and using them as an instrument to expand their domination. We have gathered here to defend gamers' rights in accordance with the predefined treaty.
