Also, I have been playing the financial game - it's tougher and it keeps my scores lower than they have been in the past.

The last time I joined a fed, and I was dumb enough to sign the war treaty, the fed leader Dec'd or Aires (if he is still with us) - that was a painful day in SC.

If you dec on someone for no reason, I'm bowing out - and if you Dec on Wendy, Whiteboy or EO - brother you will be on your own.

Honestly, it is far from fear.

Listening to some of the things that Border has said about dealing with a few issues in the game, I may be able to help him out a little bit.

But I have more than once been suckered into joining a fed to only have the butt-head dec on the most powerful empires on the planet. Forcing me into a war through auto-retaliation. I believe the term for this is being a 'grief player'.

Your interest in joining the PBK is noted. BUT, this was not a solicitation thread. It was an announcement. I'm afraid that I've seen none that are worthy of joining the PBK, aside from myself. Sure, you could have made it in PKU, but the PBK is an entirely different monster.

But Caesar, and the most of the rest of you too embarrassed to speak up, keep your chin up, eat your breakfast every day, pray and read your Bible, and the day MAY come when you are ready to join the PBK.
