All fully upgraded corporations are for sale in:
Hell Freezing Over
and
Cerberus Pound (cheaper corps here)
Market Value for these is at a great price for fully upgraded corps (100B-300B) and market value is dropping. I have just about finished stripping these countries and have been closing the corporations, so workers should stabilize at some point.
If you bid on corps...you may need to move them out and I would suggest that you move at least some of them out if you buy more than 1.
