Need a few good CEO's zero tax country (Little Upsilon)

I have room for a few good ceo's in The Cuesta Solution. I have room for approx 5 corps without stressing out my pop level. As always, we are a zero tax country.

I am also moving taxes towards 0%. Country is Chrysostom. New corps and transfers welcome. All state corps for sale. Just bought 6 million population, plan to buy much more.

New York has room as well 0% tax, adding 40M pop.
