The land of Ed response...asking Senior Leaders to be patient (Little Upsilon)

the land of Ed sent out a hasty message to all CEOs in that country, including this one basically giving an ultimatum to leave.

A response was sent basically outlining the major issues with such a message, and asking that the message be re-considered. The country is considered 'new' and cannot be boycotted at this time anyways, though it was tried using the trade menu.

Something irrational is happening, so how about allowing leader 'Edwin K' some time to read the response and re-think what is happening.

That country already bid on one corporation from this enterprise, and -that is fine- because it was already publicly offered; the other has been moved already.

Maybe that leader will send another message, or maybe post here...but, at least give a few [Earth] days for that to maybe happen.

He has every right to run the country as he sees fit, however asking for corps and then trying to acquire them is what I and many others have issue with. Nevertheless, he has not jacked up the taxes yet and I'm about completely out of his country. I hope that since his country is new, this will be a learning process for him. I would like to see a statement from him about this.

1) Declare him assuming he's war level 3 (doubtful)
2) Hostile bid all of his corps as he cant really do anything war wise against you if you are level 0
3) Get over it, not everyone appeases to CEOS you dont like the settings, move.

Edit2: I tried debt-bombing, but that doesn't work. I tried getting a boycott done, but he is protected from boycotts. I wanted to declare on this player since I couldn't do either of the above, but he was in secured mode. I sent him an angry letter. It was boring. My only option is to counter-hostile-bid this player and we all know that isn't profitable.
