I dunno if it's glitched or not, but worker issues definitely suck.
I stopped caring >.<

id agree worker shortages is a pain in the ass id spend ages going to and forth country to country swapping workers and getting it right or so we thought only to find watta you know shortages of workers, id ask ourselves wtf is going on why?
so i did some research only to come up blank, time passed many months with not logging in, then we just happen to login just to check how everything was and we noticed something strange so we waited just to see 'IF' it was what thought we found was causing the problem and low and behold we found 'IT' we found out why shortages of workers are happening in simcountry so we did this and did that and low and behold worker shortages seemed to stop or so we thought, so we just thought f@@@ it, then it dawned on us OF COURSE there's your answer, now every time we want no shortages of workers we do what we found out and it works everytime period! (wanna know what we found out?) be good i might tell

I would recommend getting your education indexes above 120, and then set your educational priorities to total 120. With a heavier emphasis on the high level professionals.

Recent changes in the employment requirements of all corps have made managing worker a pain in the butt.

im glad everyone else can keep a kool head bout it. yesterday i had 157,000 high tech engineers out of 200,000 that i needed. today i have 50,000 out of 150,000

You can look at your employment statistics by age. You might see where the swells and valleys of your work force's professions by age and it can help you anticipate those unexpected declines in professionals.

It works for me. But it's still a pain in the butt.

you need more population thats why you prolly have a worker shortage. if your using your automation "move workers to other proffessions" its prolly switching your workers around. idk im just guessing but mostly you need higher pop.

But dont take it too high though. I'm at 264 and all I do is run out of low level workers.

I know what your saying Quinton about the massive drop in available workers sometimes. Thats proper frustrating.
