I recently came across a website.... hence simcountryworldnews.com I want to encourage all players of this game to support it and its founders also. This is a place where this game can come more to life, with news, reports, statistics, and more. It helps make players new and long term legends alike become more involved and determined ( mainly to make the news). Rather it causes more wars or more turmoil or not, it opens up new more interacted gaming then just a chatroom or messageboard. It can cover wars, security council decisions, comments made by presidents and ceo's, and so on. With the help of the players, this site can become a great addition to the game

ya'll need to stay on it, with enough visits you could make enough money from advertising to keep the site running.

the game masters should create one for the site. instead of a player made one. i jus think it would be more fun. bottom line, although im sure it'd take a great deal of writing and research and the co operation from the players as well...as far as incentive psycho, i imagine the site would get alot of traffic, which can lead to money (REAL LIFE DEAD PRESIDENTS) lol

I really like the idea of this website. I'm really into SC right now and I want to keep this site going. I can host it as well. I've been craving a more interactive platform for presidents and CEOs to converse on, and I have so many ideas.

I actually coded a content management system myself from scratch which is integrated with Facebook. I noticed that is "currently being built." I'm more than willing to share my code it's 100% adaptable to any template. I know PHP, so I can also code whatever functions needed in the future.

I urge the owner of simcountryworldnews.com to please contact me at jackerman91@gmail.com. Also to the staff at SimCountry, I think it would be really cool if we coordinated on a community website as well, so I urge you to e-mail me as well.

It would make the game more fun. Picture waging war agaisnt an enemy, then like real life, a reporter writes about it. Comments made by the presidents. The reasons behind the invasion, the chances of success or failure, rather or not other countries will join the war. What could and might happen. Like a real report. Or covergae of earthquakes, natural disasters, sever shortages of a certain products. The channel could cover what presidents have a reputation for, and presidents make their own history. This is just some ideas i have, but im sure the possibilities are endless.

This isn't the kind of thing you can vote on. Either somebody decides that they want to do it, or it doesn't happen.

webstarts is a very good place to build a website. It would take alot of writers and people to help with but it can be done. I can help with it and if its promoted right, it should be a good addition to the game. Maybe even profitable for the creaters...a site like this would take a well knowledgeable player or two from each world.

Most free web hosts aren't very reliable. I doubt much in the way of bandwidth would be necessary for a site like this so a simple $5 a month package would probably suffice. Of course frankly speaking I tend to avoid most of the political talk as it appears somewhat more toxic here than most other places I've been to.

Yep, unforuneately interaction between players in the actual game has been all but extinguished metgredko, hence all frustrations and smack come out in the only place they can - the forums.
