i have a surplus of low level workers for those empires with too many proffesionals. I will accept high level managers, all high tech jobs and in some cases health workers. I have about 4 million workers to get rid of

my corps are upgraded and valued in the trillions so it takes alot of high tech workers just to keep my corps at 100 per cent. it seems 750 high tech execs die a month even with my prorities set high. Same for other profesions. My education is at 120 in my main country. The country with so many low level workers is my slave and its because i keep trading to keep my main country pumping them sim dollars

Hey Quinton, try bumping your education level up to around 180 or so. That won't fix it right away, but will help long term.

Yes. It will push them through the education levels and make "hi-techies" out of them eventually. Some players run their education levels even higher...in the neighborhood of 250-280. This really accelerates them through the ranks, sometimes leaving your LLW numbers low, which is not a bad problem to have.

Make sure you set your education priorities so they are loaded heavy on the High Tech professions.....around 16-18 seems to work well for me....but I'm sure opinions vary.
