WELFARE INDEX !?!?!?!?!??! (Little Upsilon)

Has there been a change to the welfare index engine of the game that I missed the announcement on?

I recently increased the salaries of all my CEO corps, and then my production / welfare indexes went down?!?!???

Something is going on, please check out a similar thread in the help section.

don't think there was anything said but i thunk GM got it working as described in game documentation. looks like country supply quality is now a factor.

Why don't you do a test?

I don't know why people don't do tests, but I'll take a shot in the dark and say there are about 10 million less dull things to do, by accident.
