Money Incorporated is Expanding! (Little Upsilon)

It's Matt here again, CEO of Money Incorporated, and I've got an itch that needs scratching.

Ladies and gentleman, I have an itch for money. An itch to construct some more corporations, and an itch to make some bids. Kids, I've got an itch to build and buy in your countries - so please, please, help me scratch my itch! Post the name of your country here, along with its tax rate and its current Welfare Index, and maybe we can make a deal. Put an asterisk next to your name if you're willing to sell your state corporations to Money Inc. And don't even bother posting here if your Welfare Index is less than 90, because I'll just ignore you and everyone will be like, "Who's that guy over there with less than 90 Welfare Index? What a douche."

Welfare is more profit in both pockets, Border C. Plus, higher welfare = higher score for my enterprise. Why would I waste time on a country in which I'm not going to have a massive production index?

SLU 003 (10%, 127.82) - stable
SLU 004 (10%, 127.70) - stable
SLU 005 (10%, 121.35) - just finished Trans for matching the rest
SLU 006 (10%, 115.67) - just finished Trans for matching the rest
SLU 008 (10%, 102.55) - growing, unstable, but much room and will go toward high welfare

Jungleland (5%, 96.69) - usually above 100, just dipped a bit due to war
Jungleland East (5%, 43.41) - newly conquered, so welfare should hopefully rise quickly

Btw Scarlet, I think I've alreayd filled up 001, 003, 004, 005, and 006 with Money Inc corps. I can haz bid on state corps?

Also, Crafty, I thought of a new reason why asking for Welfare helps: if a player can locate their Welfare Index, then they're probably a full member or heading in that direction.

And Bruce: cool. I'm happy to build in both if you're a committed player :P
