Something is wrong with my corps (Little Upsilon)

So in my enterprise I have automatically order supplies and my trade strategies are set at start bidding at market order minus 5 and add 5 for every month products aren't delivered... and almost all of my corps have shortages and I don't really understand why because everyone says to start bidding a lot lower than what I have... Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure 'automatically buy supplies' is checked under the automation settings for the CEO. Your buying strategy should be ok, you could try uping it a bit to 5/8. For some quirk of the game it seems to sometimes be neccessary to set the trade strategies both under the automation and the corp management page. If it's only FMU you are short of then dont worry about it.
Check each corps page and under 'purchase products and services' see if the corps have ordered what you are short of, and if they have but the order has become immediate then you are going to pay top dollar, it may be best to cancel that order and re-order at a set quality, but the corp will need the product so sell it some from a country or do a deal with a player or common market...whatever, if neccessary.
