theres been roughly 100 earthquakes sinse 1901 that have killed more than 1,000 people and way less that have killed 10,000 or more probably 20 it seem that every player hates earthquakes tons of them happen on the game every year and even a light earthquake can kill 47,000. the creators logic is they want it to be realistic yet they have space shuttles that fly to space trading centers and trade products so im going to dismiss that as a logical consistant argument. i must be on a fault line because whenever i get a good economy or a bunch of money saved up i get hit by a earthquake. please rate your opinion of earthquakes in the game 1 being get rid of them to 10 being they are great i love them in the game! im just curious how overwelmingly negative they are viewed ill start the rating mrating is

rating = 1

I think that having >5T cash increases the likelihood of earthquakes. I am furthermore of the opinion that LU has no fault lines.

I've never actually been hit with an earthquake in game, though the fact that I only run one country probably reduces the chance that my country will be hit with one. Though in my opinion earthquakes do add realism as well as give the "send aid" option a use. I do think the number killed by them should be heavily reduced if it's really that high though, realistically earthquakes are known more for collateral damage then for killing people.

that was the trigger number the first time 5 trillion. exactly right after i transfered 5 trill next screen boom earthquake,other time im not sure probably had 5 trillion again in combination of my empire i sure dont want to spend every penny of my budget like u.s. does in real life its nice to have some cushion for your country and citizens to fall back on . yeah i was jokin bout the fault line i agree with you it seems to be more of a money line i thought it was the 5 trillian benchmark also just hoping to get that confirmed if you thought it also, thats probably what it is.

I have one ques. about earthquakes. Can you send relief resourses to yourself, if you've already got them set aside? I too have'nt been hit by one yet, but I set up the resourses for it, and then didn't notice that option. So I just set aside the resourses in my other country just the same. One hand will have to wash the other.
