The country of "The Replublic of Helena" is buying my Ceo's corps wrongfully. The corps were producing at 125% with a 500 salaries. Since I am an experienced player, the game is not letting me to boycott him. I would like to make an example of him of what not to do and quit wrongfully buying my corps. Thanks for your time

Bidding on corporations (Especially CEO Corporations) without contacting the owner first is called "Hostile Takeover", this is looked down upon. Though I must ask, have you tried speaking with him yourself John?

It may have been done without malice, too. I did this a few times at first before I realized the correct ettiquette.

Before war levels and the war game being nerfed, hostile bidding was a good way of getting your country visited.

More people should read Scarlets 10 sim-commandments (simcountry church manual thing), although they are tounge-in-cheek they do hold some wisdom.

A country's president can only buy CEO corps that are within their own country. I am assuming that the president of "The Replublic of Helena" is nationalizing your corps. This KILLS revenue flow into the country. It does them more harm to buy your CEO corps then any boycott ever would.

..IMHO..

as far as bidding, tanking your econ, well that depends on the bidder, their are tons of CEOs that i'd do better by buying their corp. but for a new player, yep, bidding... between the cost, and fee, and then a minimal amount of xp managing corps.... bidding is probably the worst thing a new player can do to themselves.
