Here is some easy money for someone, I think. I want to buy a couple of countries on LU for 50 GC each. Requirements are very minimal.
At least 10M pop. No military (you can strip it out}. Decent ed and health indexes, I don't care about the other indexes. I don't need assets. Prefer countries with few CEO corps and mostly state hi-tech or medium-tech corps. Countries must have a decent mix of professionals, you can't trade them out for LLW's before you sell to me
So basically C3's with state tech corps that you have traded/transfered in enough ed and health workers to bring up those indexes.
