Can someone take some time to elaborate on this? I understand some about it but not all, is it true that weapons quality drops .5 every game month? Or is that if you do sumn to make it happen? If someone could, please explain to me and all the other players exactly how this works |

Can you upgrade fighting levels of garrisons? |

Don't know about the drop in weapon quality.
To upgrade garrisons, click on War Situation, then click deploy garrisons, then click "upgrade quality". You can do it from there. |
