The country is called "Latvian SSR". You can build as much as you want because I need cash. Tax target is set at 15% but its still coming down from 30%. Please build lots and lots.

"The Grand State of Shoresh" can take your money..I mean corporations. Tax target is set at 0%, slowly but steadily coming down from 30%.

vlad im not realy that worried about taxes long as theyre at 20 or below let me know soon as your ready if you want message me im wanting to build 100 oil factories in next week or so. if you buy population ill fill it up with factories

I don't have the workers yet. But, I sent in my dirty socks anyway. I needed to get rid of them just the same. It'll show up in a box marked "TOXIC WASTE". I'll let you deal w/ them.
