Buying Strategic Weapons (Little Upsilon)

I am buying any and all strategic weapons. I am trying still to get my strategic indexes up so if you got some chem,nuke,sub nuke missiles or batteries and strategic bombers and subs you want to get rid of for cash, send the offers to RavenRock on LU.You know what they say, " A weapon not in use is a useless weapon" so why not sell them for cash. Also on another note, if you got plutonium corps that are not in use, feel free to make production contracts. I know how it is when you're trying to cut down production on nuke weapons and don't want to hurt a successful plutonium corps. I will just make a strategic resource reserve in my country.
One other thing to point out, is that if you are selling me over 60 missiles at a time, please break them up into 2 offers. I had a few issues with people selling me 60+ weapons in one offer and I could not accept them since it will be over my spending a month and the game would not allow it. Tha
