I've noticed the security council seems to be a bit quiet just recently as we used to get messages from them asking us to vote on giving aid to the needy countries. They should be asking us constantly about giving foreign aid to countries like the security council does in real life, its just a thought to make this game feel even more realistic again.

1) The president should be requesting the aid (Ihaven't received any requests in the last couple of months)

2) You receive a msg from the GM when general voting occurs

3) 95% of the time I've paid attention, the general vote fails.

4) The SC is a broke piece of trash.

I would like to put a request in for aid please. I've been concentrating on the peaceful index and have reached level 3. The key priorities are the economy and the welfare index.

I just got 52 corps but the expense of building up the country from the base is expensive but managed to keep the debt down to 6T. The country is in balance if you exlude the new player's boost to income.

Kind regards,
Green Paws (country and president) on LU

I seem to recall that you can't receive aid if you've reached level 3. More proof of how stupid the restrictions are....

There was an aid vote for me when I had been here about two weeks. It failed by about 40 votes.

But you have already *reached* level 3.

I'll give you $5T if you want it.

There's a level requirement now? Sheesh.

You can't reach level 3? You know how easy that is on peaceful if you invest wisely? In fact, the people who reach level on peaceful are the very ones who should get aid because that means they spent their money on education, health, transportation, social security and the economy. Those are all the things new players get told to do and then they get punished?

Border: Thanks for the offer, but it is okay. It would have been nice because I could have expanded another slave or 2 and still maintained, but I can make it. I do think the vote scared off another new player who started around when I did. He wanted his request to go up after mine because he was struggling to get his economy going. He saw how badly I lost it and I am pretty sure he has quit now. I might be wrong and maybe I have just missed him lately.
Helping new players build strong economies (or even returning players) is just beneficial to everyone, IMO.

It's an opposite level requirement. You have to be UNDER 3.

Green Paws is sufficiently developed to begin reducing its debts now. One would expect more information at the places of need, ie. in the Security Council pages. It'd also be helpful if they put a request link in there.

Yes, it would be helpful to some but, in case you're still requesting, you still aren't qualified to receive aid through the SC because you have reached level 3.

I'll send a few dollars to you...
