Stripping down a C3 country (Little Upsilon)

How would you exactly strip down a C3 country of every single bit of money and resources?

don't it is a waste of life.

Transfer cash to another country in your empire per the My Empire menu.

Sell weapons / transfer weapons to main by the same means.

If an earthquake has occurred in your country, you can transfer some population using disaster relief.

Should yield about 12 - 15T @ WL7.

What about at war level 3?

again @WL 3 it is useless... a waste of life.


Like many things that were good to do in the past, c3 raiding is long gone and has been for a while.

C3 raiding should be at the higher levels or not at all. No reason to be at PVP level and all those expenses that entail without being to raid for the maximum cash and goods.

Even thou C3 perhaps is less profitable nowadays (i dunno, dident raid before) it still possible to get some healthy profits. Also it still kind fun time to time to pwnage some neighbour.

Well i've just conquered and stripped down a C3 country. Looted about 3.6T emptying its country cash out. another 420B in weapons, and 260B in country reserves of supplies. But thats at just war level 3.

Much more profitable @ WL7. Move straight there.

All news are loving the cash they make but did u make a profit?

No point of all that work if u spend it all on bombers.

and as stated war level 7 = best cash

I only spent about 1.5T so yes I did make a profit, I did'nt want to tell anyone really.
