New country needs CEOs, has corps. for sale 5% tax (Little Upsilon)

Mypos is a new country looking for CEOs. The corporate tax is dropping to 5% and the state owned corporations are for sale. We also welcome new corporations. We have a good education index and all corporations currently have 100% staffing.
