You know where the page is to offer local, common or both contracts in the common market corperations, its damn messed up. I keep trying to set contracts and when i try to set to go to 50% it sets OVER 100 per cent of my production. And no i dont have my common market rules to set to share 100&, i have it set to 10%, but thats just the minimum until i grow my enterprise, is anyone else having this problem? Its acting stupid, go to your contracts screens and see for yourself. My factory maintence units corps produce 860 or so a month at max, hell i set to offer 75 or 60 per cent to the common market and instead of offering 500-600 or so, it sets to share 1116!

I found it messed up as I added new corps and wanted to get their production going. If I tried to mass-update all corps to a set %, it screwed up the old corps. All contracts already signed remained and it added an amount equal to what I set, so I went over 100. I cancel all existing contracts now and then reset for all corps.
Then you have to resign all contracts, so it is a big pain.

I think the CM administration pages are confusing, especially, as it is only based on maximum base production.

If you set the % to lower than 100%, I believe it will work but you will need to check a few corp pages the next game month and see what has actually been done.

I think the figures shown when a % is set are almost meaningless.

I did that ZEN, canceled, resigned, all of that. The system is all jacked up. This problem should be fixed. Its already hard enough keeping all corps runing at 100 without supply shortages

I agree it is less than optimal. It takes forever to load the pages and changes too. That's why i try to limit how often I go to it. :)

It might take a day or so. But, I noticed you have your own common market. Set the minimum supply in the market at 50% or where-ever you want it for your country. Cancel all of your contracts. Go back to the offer products page and set supply at less than the minimum. It will automatically set it at the minimum set for your common market. Then go back and change the settings in your common market. Just dont mess with any of your other countries settings if you dont want the same problem with them. Hope this helps.

The system is jus screwed up. Hell my common market page is all haywire. I try to set it to offer 50% and it says its all 100% offered, then quite a few of the corps arent even offering anything. 3 of my factory main units corps, which are supposed to be offering the same as others, arent offering anything! zero %, although it says its offering over 100%! How the hell does the game expect us to be more self dependent by bringin in these supply shortages when we cant even supply ourselves optimally because the common market contract systems are all screwed up. If it aint one thing its another with thisd amn game. Dont get me wrong i love playing it but damn its getting annoying!
