Presidents Looking for CEO Investment - August '11 (Little Upsilon)

I just started my first Enterprise, KaliCorp United, a week or two ago and have been expanding throughout Little Upsilon as rapidly as possible. Up until now I've been finding Presidents looking for new CEO corporations by searching through threads made by other CEO's, but the latest one is a little old so I figured I'd maybe start making a single thread each month where all the Presidents looking for private sector expansion post their countries and any other relevant info such as whether or not they want CEO's to bid on their state corps and stuff like that. That way all us CEO's looking to expand can use the the one thread as a reference so we don't have to search through a bunch of different ones when planning new corps.

It would be greatly appreciated if the presidents could post their countries' names each on a single line with no other text and indicate the tax rate on the line below, to make copying and pasting

'The Kingdom of Kent' 'The Kingdom of Mercia' and 'The kingdom of Essex' are all 0% tax rates, but don't worry about the certain shortages of workers as your salaries set for your corps will most likely be much higher than mine.

Oh yeah and also 'The kingdom of Sussex' is also 0% tax rate as well and any other CEOs looking at this page also have permission to build or move their corps into these countries I have mentioned on this page.

James, I ordered the production of a corp in Kent, however Mercia, Essex, and Sussex all gave me an error message saying the president doesn't allow CEO controlled corporations.

Please still build even if there is not enough spare workforce I will close down State Corps as soon as I get requests for private ones I just don't want to have high unemployment while I wait for private investment.
