Shortage of Q and E upgrades? (Little Upsilon)

Is it just me or is LU having more than usual short of upgrades? I haven't been able to get either sort of upgrade for my factories for a week or so.

I am not getting any either so you are not alone, guess there must be a shortage, does anyone know a way to improve the chance of getting some. Someone must be getting them what are we doing different?

I played once before but I never remember them taking this long.

As far as I'm aware the only way to speed up the purchases is to change the purchases to immediate orders. The only way I can see this to be done is go into each corporation and do it manually.

You could buy a booster which allows you to upgrade a corp to 200 immediately.

so the upgrades you get from boosting are dependent on the market, they just magically appear?

They magically appear if you boost.

My corps are getting their upgrades, every few months but coming through steadily.

Yes, my corps have started to get upgrades steadily every few months again.
