The Commonwealth of Inteligenc - 0% Tax looking for CEOs (Little Upsilon)

The Commonwealth of Inteligenc is a newly established country of 9 million citizens. To attract CEO controlled corporations, the tax has been set at 0%, and state corporations have been closed to free up more workers.

Tax: 0% (and will stay the same unless otherwise indicated)

Welfare: 87.54 - The country has just been taken two days ago. I am still building hospital and schools (they are on the waiting buyer list). I am planning to get it up to over 120 ASAP.

Free population: 700k workers, 60k managers, 20k high tech. More managers and high tech will be available as they get trained and as the number of schools increases. If needed, I can free up at least 5 state corporations for additional workers.
