Why cant my long range division weapons be resupplyed? (Little Upsilon)

i have wage a war with a c3 and my 2 land divisions is out of weapons and i have 5 supply units but my 2 land divisions isnt being replenished i have waited 3 real days for it to be replenish but they are still out of weapons?

5 probably isnt enough.

Are you sure you have the stuff in stock to resupply these units.

The war will be over by now if you havent been doing anything war ways for 3 days while waiting

Best thing to do is start again and if a unit (LRD) runs out of stuff, send it home (return to base) dismantle it, and set up another and send it to the war. Its much quicker than waiting for supply units.
