CEO looking for 0% countries

Thought I would switch things up and ask for countries instead of CEO.

As some of you have noticed I have been moving countries around into 0% tax areas. I still have 25 that need to be moved and am making more.

Requirements:
Has 50% of workers needed to place at least
0% tax (If you are a new Country this will be raised to 20% max to help you out)

TRoS2 has room for 1

federal republic of medousa. 0% tax. 126 welfare. more state corps are closing so several CEO corps can set up.

TRoS3 has room now also.
