how can i close a corporation that is losing money but my country wont allow it?

pls help me i am lossing big money because of the corps

Try turning off the automatic assistance, economic one I think, and wait for a game update. You should be able to close that corp then if its doing badly.

If not, you will need to cripple the corp some by lowering production, not selling stuff and anything you can think of, give it no supplies for one.
