Economic Empires and War Lords

My short term goals do not include going to war level 3 on LU, although I have started buying weapons, I may decide to sell them and play as an economic player.

Short term goal for now is to make 500 billion per month on LU, next goal is to make 1 trillion so I can support a large army on FB.

I have been playing for about 4 months now, Ive paid almost 100 bucks and dont wish to lose what I've built on LU, so I will War on FB when ready.

I have 2 questions for the Worlords out there.
Do you need an economic empire to sustain a war empire ? and is fighting wars even fun?
