CEOs Welcome: 11 countries, 0 tax, 122 Welfare

I am opening ALL of my countries on LU to CEO corps and will keep them open as long as I can. Zero tax, 122 welfare. Buy state corps if you want. Don't worry if some workers seem to be in short supply, will close state corps and transfer in pop as CEO corps come in. Buying in some pop too. If a country does not have room for your corp one day it may the next. Will even close my own CEO corps if it comes down to it. No space corps please. The countries are:
