Played a LOT a while back, but stopped for like a year and decided to start over fresh. I've set the tax rate to 0% but it was at like 30% when I started so it'll take about one game year for it to actually get all the way down to 0%. But once it gets there it won't increase as long as I'm running it. Please feel free to start as many corps as you want, I have more than enough unemployed citizens.
